Are your crochet products really handmade?
Yes — 100%. Every single product on Dloom Canva is hand-stitched in India by skilled women artisans. No machines, no shortcuts. Because each piece is made by hand, slight variations make every product beautifully unique.
What materials do you use?
We use premium imported cotton yarn that is soft, durable, colourfast, and hypoallergenic. Our amigurumi soft toys are stuffed with high-quality fibre fill that’s safe for kids, pets, and people with sensitive skin.
How do I care for my crochet product?
Gently spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid wringing or machine washing. Air dry away from direct sunlight. Your crochet piece will last for years with this simple care.
Do you ship across India?
Yes! We ship pan-India. Most orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days and delivered within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location.
Do you offer customisation?

Do you take bulk or corporate gifting orders?
Yes. We regularly do bulk orders for weddings, return gifts, corporate gifting, and IPL fan club merch. Email us with your requirement and we’ll send a custom quote.
What is your return policy?
Because each product is handmade to order, we don’t accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please share an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll replace it free of cost.
Are crochet toys safe for babies?
Our amigurumi toys are safe for ages 3 and above. They contain small embellishments (like beads or button eyes) that may be a choking hazard for very young children. For babies, please supervise play.
