Shipping & Returns Policy

At Dloom Canva, every order is hand-stitched with care — here’s exactly what to expect when you shop with us.

Shipping Timelines: Most orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days across India. Personalised and custom-name orders may take an additional 3 to 5 days.

Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping pan-India on all prepaid orders. Cash-on-delivery is available with a small COD fee, displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email and SMS. You can also DM us on Instagram @d_loomcanva for any updates.

International Shipping: We currently ship within India. For international orders, please DM us on Instagram for a custom quote.

Returns & Exchanges: Because every product is handmade to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. We hope you understand — each piece is uniquely made for you.

Damaged or Defective Orders: If your order arrives damaged or defective, share an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll replace the product free of charge.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, before we begin stitching. After that, orders are non-cancellable.
